1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RallyEdge (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and RKS Collective LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use RallyEdge. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.3. Description of the App
RallyEdge is a racket sport performance app that allows users to log match sessions, track opponents, set and monitor improvement goals, manage gear, and receive AI-generated coaching content including pep talks, game plans, and goal tips. Features vary by subscription tier.4. Account Registration
To use RallyEdge, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.5. Subscriptions and Billing
RallyEdge offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier. Subscription pricing and features are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds — all billing inquiries must be directed to Apple.
Prices are displayed in the App and may change with notice.6. AI-Generated Content
RallyEdge uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized coaching content including pep talks, game plans, and goal tips. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:AI-generated content is provided for motivational and informational purposes only
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated content.
AI-generated content does not constitute professional coaching, athletic training, or sports psychology advice
Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.7. User-Generated Content
RallyEdge allows you to enter personal data including match results, opponent information, goals, and other content (“User Content”). You retain full ownership of all User Content you enter into the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any User Content you enter. User Content is private to your account and is not visible to other users.8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RallyEdge to:Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
Attempt to circumvent any subscription or feature restriction.9. Intellectual Property
RallyEdge and all content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by RKS Collective LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.10. Privacy
Your use of RallyEdge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at the link provided within the App. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RKS COLLECTIVE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RKS COLLECTIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, we ask that you first contact us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally before pursuing any formal legal action. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days of receiving written notice.If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any such dispute.14. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App under Menu → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it through your Apple ID account settings before or after deleting your account — deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.17. Contact

Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
RallyEdge is a sports performance app for tennis and pickleball players, built and operated by RKS Collective LLC. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at [email protected].
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following information when you use RallyEdge:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
- Sport profile — skill level, dominant hand, play style, league name, home club, and other optional profile fields you choose to fill in
- Journal entries — match results, lesson notes, practice sessions, scores, ratings, and notes you log in the app
- Opponent records — names, skill levels, strengths, weaknesses, and notes you add about opponents in the Scout tab
- Goals — improvement goals and progress you track in the Goals tab
- Gear — equipment information you log in the Gear tab
We do not collect payment information at this time. All data you enter is associated with your account and stored securely.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide and improve the RallyEdge app experience:
- To display your journal, stats, goals, and gear back to you within the app
- To generate AI-powered features such as pep talks, opponent game plans, and goal tips (when enabled)
- To calculate your season stats and performance summaries
- To improve the app based on usage patterns (no personally identifiable information is used for this purpose)
4. AI Features
RallyEdge uses the Anthropic Claude API to power AI features including personalized pep talks, opponent game plans, and goal coaching tips. When you use these features, relevant portions of your sports data (such as recent match history, opponent notes, and active goals) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This data is processed solely to generate your response and is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
AI features are optional. If you choose not to use them, no data is sent to Anthropic.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. All data is protected by Row Level Security — meaning each user can only access their own data. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing services. We use the following service providers to operate the app:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — AI features (only when you use AI features)
- Expo / Apple — app distribution via TestFlight and the App Store
We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RallyEdge, its users, or others.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
RallyEdge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
